Yes I am getting tested right away and I know about ARS and how it is indicitive of the beginning stages (warning signs). Okay so I ended up having unprotected heterosexual sex with my bf the first time. After that we had sex with a condom to prevent pregnancy and stuff. We probably did it like 4 times and he went down on me one time and we made out alot. Anyway, we went over to my sisters house about a week and a half after and one night I was laying next to him and he profusely sweat through the sheets. He ended up feeling like crap and had a sore throat and swollen glands. He did not have a rash or diarreah or thrush. After about 4 days or so it went away on its own. I am not sure if anyone had been sick previously. He had been shoveling snow a couple days before in bitter cold conditions but I know cold doesn't cause anything. My neice gets flu like stuff yearly and I heard she had just finished being sick before we went over there, don't know if the flu can just hang around. Also my bf said every time he goes over there he feels run down or ill like and hates being over there cause he thinks it has to do with mold (sister has carpeted floors in bathroom and black mold under sink) but wouldn't that make everyone sick in the house and not just someone who had been there for a few days?|||Hi Dude,
Definitely NO.
Your BF is showing the signs and symptoms of a upper respiratory tract infection and diarrhoea. This is not unusual considering the fact that he was not well, he shovelled snow.
Even we are all exposed to the same bacteria we do not always get the same disease because we all have different abilities to fight off different pathogens.|||It's probably the mold. My mom had a mold problem in her house and we always got a little run down after our visits.
I wouldn't get too worried about HIV unless you think your best friend has another life style.
Getting a test for HIV is not a bad idea, but i would not spend 3 more minutes worrying about it.
