Can you see the New Years Eve Ball Drop on Times Square from Ruby Tuesdays?

Headed to NYC for New Years Eve this year and wondered if you can see the Ball Drop from Dallas BBQ or from Ruby Tuesdays? Anyone have any advice? Seeing the ball drop is a must as we are traveling from afar to be there, but it'd be nice to have the benefits of a seat and food and bathrooms too, thus we are looking for a cool venue to view it from but within a reasonable price.
